Description
This peach shaped ice cream is a fun and fruity frozen dessert that’s gone viral for its realistic look and refreshing flavor. Made with peach puree and white chocolate, it’s the perfect DIY treat for summer.
Ingredients
1 cup heavy whipping cream
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 fresh peach, pitted and chopped
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk (6 oz)
¾ cup white chocolate (6 oz)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder
Instructions
1. Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
2. Blend chopped peach with condensed milk until smooth.
3. Gently fold peach mixture into whipped cream.
4. Spoon into peach-shaped molds and insert popsicle sticks.
5. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
6. Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in microwave-safe bowl.
7. Dip frozen molds into the melted chocolate coating.
8. Dust with freeze-dried strawberry powder to mimic peach fuzz.
Notes
For a realistic look, use high-quality peach-shaped molds and a food-safe brush for applying the strawberry powder.
